PEPTINOVA assumes no liability for any downstream misuse, injury, or consequences incurred by the Buyer or third-party users.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Credit card and debit card; mobile wallets such as Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay and Google Pay; e-Check, ACH, Direct Debit, and cryptocurrencies. For e-check/ACH payments, you authorize PEPTINOVA to electronically debit your account for the amount of your order.

2.2 Prices and Currencies. Product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and other currencies based on your region. Prices are subject to change at any time.

2.3 Order Acceptance. Your order is not accepted until PEPTINOVA sends an order confirmation. PEPTINOVA reserves the right to refuse any order in its sole discretion.

2.4 Shipping. We offer free shipping.

3.1 No Returns. Due to the nature of the products sold on this Site, PEPTINOVA does not accept any returns under any circumstances. All purchases made through this Site are considered final and non-refundable or modifiable unless a purchase cannot be fulfilled. 6.1 Waiver Agreement. In consideration of the purchase of research compounds from PEPTINOVA, I, the undersigned Buyer, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PowerPeptides, its officers, directors, contractors, employees, agents, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Merchant”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.

I understand and acknowledge that the research compounds sold by PowerPeptides are intended solely for research purposes and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or animal use. I agree to use the compounds according to all applicable laws and regulations and take full responsibility for any risks associated with their purchase, possession, and use.

I release, discharge, and waive any claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of any kind that may arise from or be connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.

I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PEPTINOVA against any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from or connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.

This indemnity waiver applies to me, my affiliates, agents, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. By purchasing research compounds from PEPTINOVA, I confirm that I have read and understood this Indemnity Waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct. Buyer agrees that they may not post, review, or publicly attack PowerPeptides with any false information about PowerPeptides' products.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER PEPTINOVA NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH PEPTINOVA REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SITE, ITS CONTENT OR ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR THAT THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, PEPTINOVA HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

7.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPTINOVA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

8.1 Governing Law. All matters relating to the Site and these Terms and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

8.2 Jurisdiction. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. We retain the right to bring proceedings against you in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive objections to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

8.3 Legal Expenses. In the event of any legal dispute, the Buyer agrees to pay or promptly reimburse all of PEPTINOVA's expenses relating to attorney's fees, filing fees, and any other expenses in relation to the case.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to monitor changes to these Terms and Conditions.

By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and PEPTINOVA regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
